nsm: Enable lint for PR verify static analysis job

nsm: Enable lint for PR verify static analysis job

go lint is installed in nsm build server image so this change
adds command to run it. [0]

Please note that there are failures with lint so merging this without
fixing the issues will send failure to PR. [1]

Same change is uploaded for Meridio pipelines on EST Jenkins. [2]
