Introduction of Java 11 to projects:
- license-manager
- license-usage-manager
- portal-marketplace

The java version is defined per project but this
can be extended per branch if needed later on.

Acumos slave server was updated to include the JDK 11
and the version of Java is controled using JAVA_HOME per Acumos Jenkins Job
