Put cronjobs to run at the same time

- the order of cronjobs will be like:
- 0:00 run groovy tests
- 0:00 run k6 tests
- 0:31 run groovy plot
- 0:31 run k6 plot
- 1:00 run groovy tests
- 1:00 run k6 tests
