metal3: digests in release-1.3/1.4 fix
Digests in release-1.3 and release-1.4 branches need to match FROM
version, and in 1.5/main they need to match TO version. Adjust
digests to match this, and also move the digest line after the version
they are related to.

add kubectl_sha256 for the upgrade tests
kubectl binary digest is verified upon installation in dev-env. If we
install non-default kubernetes version, kubectl binary will also change
and its digest as well. We need to pass kubernetes_version and
kubectl_sha256 as a pair.

make the e2e feature tests run as a parallel test by default
Now the e2e feature tests took too much time together to finish execution, so
instead of sequentially executing the tests the CI will execute them in a parallel way.
Optionally in a followup change, the separate parallel job definitions could
be removed, because with this current change all e2e feature tests will run as parallel tests.

Meridio: Fix e2e long run test
The previous implementation of this job was flooding the logs so jenkins
was getting slow.
