[qca-nss-clients] bridgemgr changes to update STP state with special WAN interface In case if an interface is marked as special WAN interface for a bridge device, change STP state to FORWARDING when this special interface leaves bridge. Otherwise it leaves STP state of interface leaving br-lan into disabled state and results into drop at PPE.
