CDU: Remove the dependency on depreciated xt_USAGE The in-tree kernel module for client data usage, xt_USAGE, causes redefinition errors that we don't need to work around since nothing actually uses that module in userspace anymore Change-Id: I66fcad08a7e11f55897dc9c1b4450c9aeeba0bb5
