Remove brcm_mtk CDU module This commit removes the v4.4.100 version of Client Data Usage, which was used for a short while for the CBA850 and CBA550 (but never shipped). The driver in client_data_usage (the original one) has been ifdef'd to support either v4.4.100 or v5.4.164 by using the kernel version. Change-Id: I670989909a61a896bbb8b22a87169253f81d8c89
