zipitz2: fix boot issue introduced by PXA low level init rework

CONFIG_SYS_INIT_SP_ADDR points to RAM, but it's used before
DRAM controller init. Fix it by setting CONFIG_SYS_INIT_SP_ADDR
to SRAM
