arm: dts: ipq8064: Added bootdelay and bootcmd Added bootdelay and bootcmd in device tree to support autoboot. The value provided in the device tree will override the value provided for CONFIG_BOOTDELAY and CONFIG_BOOTCOMMAND in board configuration.
