[qca-nss-ecm] Fix IPv6 macros handling host ordered Linux address.

ECM swaps word order during the conversion of network ordered ipv6
address into ECM ip_addr_t. This change is to use the same approach
during switching between ECM ip_addr_t & host ordered ipv6 address.
