qcacmn: Populate RSSI information during single phyerr WMI event extraction Extraction API for phy error event handling does not populate single phyerr RSSI info for DFS radar event, but was populating the value in case of spectral event. Single phyerr RSSI info is required for both DFS and Spectral operations. As a result of this change, single phyerr RSSI info is updated on receiving DFS event as well.
