qcacmn: Update chaninfo extract API for TLV target FW implementation is updated to add more fields in chan info event. Update host implementation to extract these fields. Change-Id: I4935f3aa1c2e87d27a13a29651db8d8835cb4f91 CRs-Fixed: 2090787
