LDP: Refactor epoll_ctl wrapper.

- Add AF_UNIX transaction to sock_test_client/server
  echo test to verify mixed epoll ldp implementation.
- Misc cleanup / refactoring of ldp code.
- Fix LDP_DEBUG in test/socket_test.sh
