Add config option to use dlmalloc instead of mheap
Configure w/ --enable-dlmalloc, see .../build-data/platforms/vpp.mk
src/vppinfra/dlmalloc.[ch] are slightly modified versions of the
well-known Doug Lea malloc. Main advantage: dlmalloc mspaces have no
inherent size limit.
