Acumos: Introducing namespace, adding new projects

In order to avoind JJB project clash we need to have
namespace for acumos. The following projects are added:
- acumos/ci-management
- acumos/workbench
- acumos/workbench/cmlpstudio
- acumos/workbench/zeppelin
