Update Ericsson Jumphost configuration Jumphosts of Ericsson baremetal PODs, ericsson-pod1 and ericsson-pod3, have been refreshed. The interfaces and their IPs connected to the PXE network are different from the previous jumphosts so this change updates PDF and IDF to match to the new interfaces and IPs. Disk sizes are also updated to reflect what is available. Change-Id: I4446bf6835537f4f9e4fed2ad07c526759f7f45d
