offline-deployment: Add POD jumphost details into PDF Local services are provisioned for offline deployments and the hostnames/ips require to be added to /etc/hosts on jumphost and target nodes so the services are accessible from the nodes. Until now, we did not include the details of the jumphost in PDF files but due to above reason they are proposed to be included. Change-Id: I9d90c2308f2677a28226e6eb995ea1cbe41ac48e
