Adjust the proxy rules Changed the following: (1) Remove the proxy handling in the kickstart machine, which should be assumed configured already Updating the proxy rule may cause issues (2) Include the capitalized proxy env variables for some applications (3) Configure the docker related proxy rules before the installation of docker, so they are active right after the installation.
