Removed hardcoded network name We used "admin" as PXE network and "public" as public network, now allows to specify which network is used for admin and public, so that it can be a diffeent network serving these purposes. Also modified default ipmi level, ADMINISTRATOR instead of ADMIN Change-Id: I49531e0568d13efe5cc04d42d958aadfa95c62c5
