Package ONAP for offline install
Add ONAP container images just for SDC 6.0.0/5.0.0 profile for now
Add ONAP helm chart
Add oom repo
Modify nexus3.onap.org:10001 tags
What version of ONAP is added is controlled by the NORDIX_ONAP_VERSION variable if set to "empty" then no onap will be included
When building selfextracting tar remove intermediate files as when ONAP included the size can create unexpected disk fillups
