Replace reboot module with waiting for connection Reboot module is always causing issue, we would try to replace it with wait_for_connection. To prevent the ssh stuck issue, we put retrial=3 and 300 seconds each. Change-Id: Ia900a6692f0207b55c5f035010000db0c1f17215
