Use kolla-ansible from git instead of pip kolla-ansible from pip installs 7.1.1 which is not the latest on the stable/rocky branch. Hence using the source from git instead of pip. installer-type: kolla deploy-scenario: os-nosdn-nofeature Change-Id: Ib35820ece5cdf5fe15d6b3ecf2d87c7a132de955
