Use flavor that exists in multiple CityCloud regions We need to shift CI workloads across different regions in order to find working one but not all flavors exist in all regions. This change replaces the flavor with the one that exists in Frankfurt and Karlskrona region. Change-Id: I2e822f6b5b4690e48b44a033e5f77498b29b4334
