Fix bug in package role defaults The REFSPEC for engine repos are required in order to be able to test dependent changes to engine repos. Otherwise, Ansible repo checkout fails as the sha is not accessible from the tree. In addition to that, 2 obsolete repos, infra/swconfig and infra/test, are removed from defaults.
