group_vars: Refactor apps Engine switched to use group_vars which makes inclusion of vars files explicitly unnecessary. See the change series on Gerrit for details. [0] Upon succesful verification of this change and after submitting, the final change removing var/global.yml and var/versions.yml needs to be reverified with the tip of swconfig repo and submitted in order to complete transition.
