Revert "upgrade databind artifact"

Fasterxml databind is being brought in to karaf by opendaylight
and trying to force a different version for the appc components is
causing class errors.

This reverts commit 52cf1a81d591efb2b1ee4b8c5a70b137dfb6c212.
