Refer to SDN-R as controller persona

Updated SDN-R user documentation to refer to SDN-R as a 'SDN controller
persona for Radio' rather than 'SDN controller for Radio'. This
is to clarify that SDN-R is a controller persona (i.e. a
deployment configuration), and not a competing, independent
controller to SDN-C.
