Add missing pom.xml files Add missing modules to top level pom.xml and add missing pom files for core, adaptors, northbound and plugin directories. Also rolled version to next minor version (1.2.0-SNAPSHOT) to avoid conflict with compiled code from individual repos during transition to new structure.
