Remove amsterdam and openecomp jobs Per today's PTL call, we were given option to remove Amsterdam release jobs to alleviate LF servers from having to build them. I am also removing the old OpenECOMP jobs as they are not necessary anymore either. Also, seems the docker-blessing job will not be used either. So that is also removed.
