Fix: Policy GUI not responding on opening

A call to the backend method getSdcPropertiesByServiceUUIDForRefresh
is failing. This is due to invalid handling of Sdc messages introduced
with revision 13966ab288578be392c5d2c64d5a9d7b6f600327.
