[BUG]Defaults for cps and dmi user and pass

- provided default values for DMI_USERNAME and DMI_PASSWORD which is
  required to set when DMI_AUTH_ENABLED is true
- Also provided defaults for CPS_USERNAME and CPS_PASSWORD as its
  been used in the logback xml file and if not provided then causes an
  issue with the logger
