Handle high frequency (faster then DMI) of passthrough request in NCMP

- Added pendingAcquireMaxCount property into appliaction.yml.
- Added findbugs google annotations dependency.
- Supressed "BC_UNCONFIRMED_CAST_OF_RETURN_VALUE" spotbugs low error for
  reactor.netty.resources.ConnectionProvider.
