Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/sdc.git from branch 'master'

  - Sonar fixes for API to retrieve UI configuration
    
    Added configuration file with the menu configuration from catalog-ui. Added to the configuration manager. to chef and to the ui rest APIs.
