Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/so.git from branch 'master'
  to a9e3132226baa83fdf1c5f05ddd30017b6d1b3f9
  - Merge "SW UP building block and workflow"
  - SW UP building block and workflow
    
    This commit creates two bpmn
    1. PNFSoftwareUpgrade.bpmn
    2. PNFSWUPDownload.bpmn
    
    Respective Testcases are also written
    for both bpmns.
