Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/so.git from branch 'master'
  to 82e2784d2af663b9f8433ac74187710886059ca9
  - Removal of unused local variables.
    Removed useless assignment to local variables and reordered the modifiers
    as per java language specification.
