Updated git submodules Project: sdnc/oam master e29882feffe604e5124c126518080e5505ef9c37 Add sleep after stop In karaf 4, the 'stop' command returns before the container is actually stopped. So, need to add a sleep to wait for container to come down after stop is issued before trying to restart it.
