Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/sdc.git from branch 'master'
  to a685302cf50f865cf8b22b17fbe9fe291b12a2dc
  - Ignore auto-generated file in catalog-be
    
    Create a gitignore file to catalog-be and add autogenerated
    file "Artifact-Generator.properties" to the ignore list.
