Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/appc.git from branch 'master'
  to bdfa6e62a885b4a37171478a7982605eff119d6c
  - Use ssh feature install for srvcomm
    
    Use the ssh method for feature install, the same way
    that all other features are using.
