Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/appc.git from branch 'master'
  to 7ebe54041c04f938cf58fdec9e120347e64c543a
  - Fixed tests on PreCheck class
    
    Replaced console printing with assertions
    Added branch coverage to clear Sonar major warning
    Increased line coverage to 100%
