Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/multicloud/k8s.git from branch 'master'
  to c06be6458e9985bd7ac0b25fab03d9c8605f6c4a
  - Migrate multicloud-k8s docs
    
    Merging this will create
    https://onap-multicloud-k8s.readthedocs.io
    This build will run in parallel
    to the current docs generation method
    until we are ready to cut over.
