Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/oom/offline-installer.git from branch 'master'
  to bd95633cb7a2e4f8c66b60a5a88fecee6026c01c
  - Fixing dns not working for other containers issue
    
    If host networking is not used for dns container,
    dns wont work for other infra containers. This is
    unintentionally removed in
    https://gerrit.onap.org/r/#/c/oom/offline-installer/+/87422/
