Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/multicloud/k8s.git from branch 'master'

  - Merge "Update KUD to switch to Ubuntu 18.04"
  - Update KUD to switch to Ubuntu 18.04
    
    Removed not needed packages for 18.04 for
    OVN, updated the vagrant image to 18.04
    and added some needed apt packages
