Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/oom.git from branch 'master'
  to 4ce532f8742c1729ce00e6a0180335272aa57069
  - Merge "Add Widget UUIDs to the TOSCA mappings JSON"
  - Add Widget UUIDs to the TOSCA mappings JSON
    
    The artifact-generator.properties file will be removed once this update
    has been deployed and tested. There is a dependency on the Babel Java
    code so this approach avoids any timing issues with the commits.
