Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/oom/offline-installer.git from branch 'master'
  to f57c79c20558284dc3515eba0e229b1661a33e90
  - Merge "Make simplified version of build_nexus_blob.sh"
  - Make simplified version of build_nexus_blob.sh
    
    Removed requirement for configuration file with a lot of necessary
    inputs from user
    
    Removed dependency resolution for RHEL systems
    
    Added interconnect with the whole offline-installer build process from
    list generating to packaging
    
    Removed creating of nexus_data tarball
    
    Small improvements of the process
