Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/optf/osdf.git from branch 'master'
  to f3a485514f5947254b13655c5fa8177152d9c168
  - Merge "Add passthrough attributes"
  - Add passthrough attributes
    
    Added passthrough attributes in placement request.
    Current attributes HAS request section changed to
    filtering_attributes and new passthrough attributes
    added in HAS request - this one is read from vnf policy
    passthroughAttributes section.
