Update git submodules

  - PM_Dictionary Support in GAB
    
    Generic Artifact Browser is visible for PM_DICTIONARY artifacts
    Two agreed formats of the artifact are supported (examples in tests)

    measObjClass
    measFamily
    measInfoId
