Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/oom.git from branch 'master'
  to ca4e4411f2c02e78c323e86382c3e0883448f1d1
  - Merge "remove unused feature and scripts"
  - remove unused feature and scripts
    
    installFeatures.sh moved to docker build time.
    startODL.sh under ccsdk/bin was the old startup
    script.
    odl-mdsal-clustering moved to docker build time.
