Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/sdc.git from branch 'master'
  to c6f11f2579e1ced27ad91f5392eacb1baedf64fb
  - Fix sdc-BE-init container startup
    
    Remove the while true in the startup.sh script that
    prevents the container to stop.
