Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/oom.git from branch 'elalto'
  to bd69b018a250990a6923b0d74c7a573d2e3e6b2c
  - Merge "[AAI|ROBOT] track latest commits on submodules" into elalto
  - [AAI|ROBOT] track latest commits on submodules
    
    Since we were not tracking branch but tags, modifying gitmodules is not
    sufficient, we also have to retrieve latest patches done before.
