Update git submodules
* Update docs/submodules/sdc.git from branch 'master'

- PM_Dictionary Support in GAB
UI Sanity for PM Dictionary events in GAB:
* added dedicated test for PM_Dictionary
* fixed legacy keywords for VES_Event test
* Moved GAB tests to separate suite
